What our crew does
- Delivers your sauna from the Sarasota workshop to wherever it is going in Florida.
- Installs it. You choose the service: White-glove delivery & placement, Full installation & first fire or Indoor build-in installation.
- Hauls the packaging away when the job is done.
What you arrange
Before we arrive: a level, load-bearing base — a concrete slab, pavers or a properly built deck outdoors, a sound floor indoors — and any permit or HOA approval your property requires. Our terms cover site preparation in full.

See a build in progress
There is almost always a build on the bench. Walk in, run your hand along a clear cedar board, sit in a finished unit and watch a wall panel get clad.
It settles the questions photographs cannot: how a 5′ cabin actually feels with two people in it, the difference between clear and knotty cedar under a light, how quiet a well-built door is when it closes. Bring the dimensions of your space and a photo of where it will go, and we will sketch it with you at the bench. Too far to drive? The build videos walk through finished saunas inside and out.

How quickly do you answer?
Every message is read by someone in the workshop and answered within one business day. If you send it over a weekend you will hear back Monday morning. For anything urgent, call (941) 400-9141.
Can you help me choose a size before I order?
That is most of what we do. Tell us who uses it, where it is going and whether you want to lie down in it, and we will tell you what size fits — including when the smaller one is the better buy. Once you know the length and depth, enter them on any custom build's page: it shows the price for that size at our standard 7-foot ceiling and you can order it there, or request a quote and we email you the figure.
Which parts of Florida do you work in?
All of it. We build in Sarasota, and our own crew delivers and installs across the state: Pensacola and Tallahassee, Jacksonville and Gainesville, Ocala and Orlando, Daytona Beach and Melbourne, Tampa, St. Petersburg and Clearwater, Bradenton, Fort Myers and Naples, West Palm Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Miami and the Keys. If your property is outside Florida, call the shop and we will talk it through.
Do you install, or do I need my own contractor?
We deliver and install every sauna with our own crew. You choose the installation service on the sauna's page, with its price beside it, on a standard model and a custom build alike. What stays with you is the site and the power. Before we arrive, your sauna needs a level, load-bearing base (a concrete slab, pavers or a properly built deck outdoors, a sound floor indoors) and any permit or HOA approval your property requires; section 11 of our terms covers site preparation. Electrical work is not included. We don’t run circuits or connect the heater to your electrical line — that needs a licensed electrician, hired by you, to run a dedicated 220 V circuit on a 50-amp breaker and make the connection. We send your electrician the heater's spec sheet and take their call if they want to walk through it.
Can I see one before I buy?
Come to the shop. There is nearly always a build on the bench, and you can put your hands on the cedar, sit in a finished unit and see the joinery before you commit. If the drive is too far, our build videos walk through finished saunas inside and out.
