Black Sauna Beside Knotty-Board Porch
The details
A dark box with a glass front
This build is a square-cornered sauna room clad in dark-finished boards, with light wood trim at the corners and a black frame holding a full-height glass front. From outside you see straight in to the benches and heater. A black soffit runs above the glass with recessed downlights set into it.
Beside the sauna room is an open-sided, covered porch lined in orange-toned knotty tongue-and-groove on the walls, ceiling and floor. A wood-framed glass door with a vertical wooden bar handle opens from the porch into the sauna. The build stands on a concrete slab, partly under the overhang of the main building.
Inside the sauna room
Pale knotty tongue-and-groove covers the walls and ceiling, and the floor is laid in wood boards. Two benches run along the back wall: a wide lower tier and a narrower upper one, so you can pick your heat. A black electric heater with a stone basket sits in the corner by the glass, level with the lower bench, inside a wooden surround. A wooden bucket sits on the bench beside it.

Delivery, installation & lead time
Delivery in 7 to 10 business days, counted from the day your specification is confirmed.
Delivered and installed by our own crew, anywhere in Florida from the Panhandle to the Keys. The delivery charge is set at checkout from your address.
Installation comes with every sauna, built in Sarasota and installed by our own crew: you choose the level when you add it to your cart.
Electrical work is not included. We don’t run circuits or connect the heater to your electrical line — that needs a licensed electrician, hired by you, to run a dedicated 220 V circuit on a 50-amp breaker and make the connection.
