Tan Panel Sauna with Clerestory Window

The details

A panel cabin beside the house

This build stands on a gravel pad in a side yard, set close to the wall of the house. The shell is tan vertical-groove panel siding over a wood base trim, capped with a single-slope roof of dark corrugated metal.

A full-height frameless glass door with a black bar handle opens the front. A long, narrow clerestory window runs high along one side wall, above the upper bench, and brings in daylight.

Inside the room

Knotty, light wood with reddish tones lines the walls, ceiling and floor. Two tiers of slatted benches run along both long walls, with backrest slats fixed to the wall above the upper tier.

A black electric heater sits low and centred on the back wall between the benches, with its control knobs on the front of the unit. In the video, daylight through the glass door and the clerestory window lights the room.

Built to your size

We build every sauna to order, so yours does not have to match this one. Enter the length and depth you want on this page; we build at a standard 7-foot ceiling, price the sauna by floor area and show you the figure, ready to add to your cart with upgrades and installation.

The cladding, door glass, window placement and bench layout can all change to suit your yard and how many people you want to seat.
